What is included when you book Piano With Bhav for your event?

I will bring all my own equipment to set up the White Baby Grand Piano and professional sound system. So all you have to do is book and everything else will be sorted. If you want me to connect to a DJ system, this will need to be confirmed with the DJ company in advance.

Do you only perform in the UK?

No, I perform all around the globe. In the UK, I bring my piano with me, however for abroad bookings, you would need to hire a piano (if the venue does not already have one), but I can help guide you with this process.

How long can I book you for?

There is no set limit to how long you can book me for. I charge per the hour and have a minimum of a 1 hour booking time. Any waiting time will be charged at the normal hourly rate.

What's the most common package you get booked for?

Bespoke packages and timings can be discussed to suit your needs, but I commonly get booked for 1.5 hrs for cocktail receptions, as it is the perfect choice of entertainment for your guests. I also commonly get booked for civil wedding ceremonies, to give a more unique and special touch.

Do you work with other musicians?

Yes, there are a few musicians that I do work with regularly, however it is always best to discuss this prior to booking to ensure it will work seamlessly together on the day.

What happens if I have to change or cancel the booking?

I usually require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. However, if your plans change and you let me know more than 30 days before the event, we can discuss to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

If the event is within 30 days, any changes will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and you may be liable for the full booking amount.
